North Foils drop an Alex Hayes sized bomb with their new high profile signing!
North proudly presents Alex Hayes, the newest member of our International Team. The 26 year old calls both Sydney and the Gold Coast home, but he travels the whole world to explore the best foiling spots.
His journey with watersports began at just 7 years old when he dove into surf lifesaving, learning to navigate the ocean and save lives. This early passion naturally grew into a love for surfing, but it wasn’t until he discovered surf foiling that Alex truly found his calling.
“I'm naturally super competitive and dislike losing, but I've always found it easier to focus on the bigger picture, the experience, rather than just the results.” – Alex Hayes
