Wing Foiling Around the Isle of Wight

Tom Court and the team take on a BIG challenge…

Welcome back to another episode of Court In The Act, this week I am wing foiling around the Isle of Wight with the Island Sailing Club and a great crew of local shredders.

Ross Williams, Tom Buggy and myself from the IOW and Sam Light from halting island took on this epic adventure to try and make this iconic rounding for thew first time ever on foil wings! It is a hard challenge even on a boat, for which the Island is world famous for. After Kitesurfing around it last season, we decided to up the game with the latest craze, wing foiling!! This is one of the hardest and most technical stretches of water in the world with variable winds, tides, light, water conditions, flat water and waves… that make not only the physical achievement world-class, but also the planning of the day very difficult!

This is a view behind the scenes of the #foilthewight first ever attempt of wing foiling around the isle of wight!!! Four of us left and only one of us made it!! Hard core!!
