Winners will be contacted by 16 May 2022, via email.

The winner will be chosen at random.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
  2. This giveaway is open to residents in the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States aged 18 years or over. Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to Foiling Magazine, Flysurfer and Levitaz, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  3. This giveaway will commence at 27 April 2022 4pm UTC+1 and all entries must be received by 4pm 11 May 2022. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
  4. Entrants may submit only one entry.
  5. To enter, entrants must sign up to the marketing mailing lists of Foiling Magazine, Flysurfer and Levitaz.
  6. The prize for the winner includes a Flysurfer MOJO 4.5m wing & Levitaz BOOM75 board.
  7. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  9. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The winner will be notified via email by 16 May 2022. The winner must claim their prize within 2 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
  11. To obtain details of the winner please email [email protected] stating the name of the giveaway in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
  12.   15. The main prize winner agrees that Foiling Magazine, Flysurfer and Levitaz can share their first name and city publicly. The winner also agrees to send Foiling Magazine hi-resolution photos taken in good light that contain the winner with their prize. The winner further grants Foiling Magazine, Flysurfer and Levitaz permission to share this on social media and via other media that Foiling Magazine, Flysurfer and Levitaz control. The winner further agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
  16. By entering the giveaway each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
