3. This giveaway will commence at 29 May 2024 1pm UTC and all entries must be received by 11:59am on the closing day of each respective prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4. Entrants may enter the giveaway once.
5. To enter, entrants agree to be signed up to the marketing mailing lists of Foiling Magazine, all North Actionsports B.V. brands, RRD, Indiana Paddle & Surf, PPC, Follow and Harlem 
6. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winners will be notified via email within 2 working days of each respective prize draw. The winner of each prize must claim their prize within 2 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

14. The main prize winners agree that Foiling Magazine can share their first name and city/country publicly. The winners also agree to send Foiling Magazine hi-resolution photos taken in good light that contain the winner with their prize. The winners further grant Foiling Magazine permission to share this on social media and via other media that Foiling Magazine controls. The winners further agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
15. By entering the giveaway each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
